Why did you change the program?

We wanted to provide you with a less complicated program and one that offers you the convenience of immediate value - 10% off every purchase, every day of the week - as well as additional benefits including special double discount events and other exclusive offers for VIP members only.

How much does it cost to become a VIP member?

The VIP card has a value of $19.95 for a one year membership, but you can become a member at our introductory price of only $9.95. If you are already a member of the Style Club program, simply turn in your existing membership card for a new VIP card and start saving 10% immediately.

I have been accumulating points with my Style Club card and haven’t reached a reward yet. What can I do?

You can choose to continue collecting points to reach 200 until September 30, 2009 and then we will issue you your reward certificate or you can exchange your membership card for the new VIP card valued at $19.95 in place of the $20 certificate and start saving 10% today!

If I am eligible at the end of September to receive my $20 gift card, can I get that as well as the VIP card for free?

Yes, you can cash in your points for your $20 gift card and then bring in your old card to exchange to the VIP card for FREE.

Is there a deadline for me to turn in my old card and receive the new VIP card at no charge?

No, there is no deadline for this exchange.

Can I receive the discount off of sale merchandise or door-buster offers?

We will extend which ever offer is better for you, not both discounts combined. We will however from time to time have “special VIP offers” that will offer an enhanced discount or allow customers to double discount.
